Production

All our designs are handmade as such we ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be made and then dispatched. During busy periods please allow 5-6 weeks production time. Please contact us before hand if an order is needed urgently . Thank you

 

 

Bridal abayas are strictly non-exchangeable 

 

Please note return labels are only provided when manufacturing errors are made. Returns that need to be processed due to any other issue is the responsibility of the customer. 

 

We will not accept responsibility if there is insufficient/incorrect address information which leads to packages being returned.

 

 

 

International deliveries may be subjected to import VAT or customs duty, any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Charges vary depending on your country, we advise that you contact the customs department in your country for more details.
